Appointment cancellations must occur within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a $50 charge to the credit card on file.

For prepaid appointments, if there is a no-call no-show, one of the purchased services may be forfeited after the first occurrence.

We send text and email reminders about appointments to help you remember.

In case of a no-show, there is a fee of $50 for the first occurrence and $250 for subsequent occurrences. None of these fees go towards any purchases.
